Lemon Basil Avocado Spread

- Two medium ripe avocados
- Juice of one lime
- Two large fresh basil leaves chopped fine
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Pepper optional
- Put all ingredients in a bowl or food processor, mash or blend until smooth.
- Place in a non metal container, smooth out the top, place plastic wrap on and press the plastic wrap down onto the avocado to seal out the air. Then wrap container or seal container with a lid.
- This will lock out the air that would normally turn the avocado black overnight. Should stay fresh for ~three days.
